We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator based in Monaco for a permanent contract.


Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager Northern Europe, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of sales and customer Service for Northern Europe region (Benelux, Scandinavia, Switzerland, and Central Europe).

 

You will be responsible to:


• Enter orders into the Company operating system
• Order adjustment (shortage, damage) before invoicing
• Process of stock intake
• Forecast/sales performance analysis versus stock position
• managed the volume comparison files
• Follow-up orders schedule and shipments
• Support the queries regarding orders coming from the assigned markets. Satisfy Market request
• Liaise with customer regarding overdues.
• Take care of claims (damaged, demurrages ..), Marketing invoices (A&P/PAM)
• Check documents, NOS & invoices and send them by mail to customers
• Doing some P&L and TP forms
• Be the link between Distributors/Customers and all operations department

 


Required skills and competencies:


• Degree in sales or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and Export
• Experience in multinational and FMCG company
• Computer Literate (Microsoft office, Microsoft Outlook)
• Fluent in English
• Other languages is a plus
• Able to work with numbers
• Capacity of analysis and follow up
• Methodology and organization
• Organizational skills that reflect ability to work independently, and efficiently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentational skills
