We are looking to recruit a Level 1/2 IT support Technician based at our Wisbech site to support the Regional IT team on a 6 month contract (possibly temp to perm).

The successful candidate will be involved in the following:

- Windows Workstations Environment (Windows 10 and 11)
- Setup computers
- Applications installation/deployment
- Printer setup
- Drive mapping
- Wifi client setup
- VPN setup
- Users and computers management (Active Directory)
- Network cable patching
- Laptop and Desktop hardware parts replacement

You will have experience of working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills. You should have a flexible and logical approach to working, be a team player but able to work on own initiative as this is a stand alone role in Wisbech, possess good problem solving, planning and organisational skills.
